Neil is responsible for running the show and strongly believes in always delivering a great customer experience no matter what. He has a long history of working in the waste sector and dealing with customers, compliance, health and safety and process improvement. Neil is a family man and enjoys socialising.

Patsy is responsible for supervising the office team and keeping everything ticking along, from taking new bookings to organising the drivers daily routines. Patsy has a wonderful, bubbly personality and ensures every customer is looked after individually with her amazing customer service skills! Away from the office Patsy likes to unwind with a good film or book.

Kate is part of our office team and steps in to help keep everything running smoothly. Kate is seriously into her equestrian eventing and anything horse related.

Sarah helps with all office tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Away from the office Sarah enjoys watching rugby and socialising.
